Lions Karate has over 100 years of training experience between our highest ranking black belts. Black belts assist with teaching and sharing knowledge with other students. Jr. Black Belts may attend the novice kids’ classes to learn how to properly instruct and to help teach classes. Mr. Hanford allows the Jr. Black Belts to instruct small groups or lead drills to help with their teaching experience. These Jr. Black Belts will begin spotting small errors and learning different teaching strategies to use in future classes. Jr. Black Belts carry these experiences with them throughout there entire life with the leadership and management skills learned by helping other students.
